Aspen-Astree des Flocons de Juillet came to us in the Fall of 2005 from France.
Ma petite fille Francais is a lively, funny, graceful little girl who has grown into a lovely young lady. Aspen-Astree des Flocons de Juillet was born September 13, 2005 in Chartres, France. Her beautiful Mama Rumba gave birth to 6 dreamy females. Daddy Romeo is a European champion who is so handsome.

I flew to Chicago in November 2005 to meet her incoming flight from Paris and brought her home to Colorado. The night before she and her sister's departure they had a little party to say goodbye. Here is the whole family pictured to the left.

Ma petite Fille Francais was a love right from the start. After jet lag wore off her spunkiness took over. Colorado was a bit cold for her but after some time she loves the snow.
Big brothers Rocky and John helped her with the 1st big steps. Aspen loves to talk to herself, play with her brothers and cuddle with her Mommy. Very even tempered but don't try to steal her bone.

She is a tri-color with wonderful pigment. Her personality is fun, cute and confidant. Her facial expressions are unique. She adores green grass and plants but not quite sure where it goes under the snow.

She thought the first snowfall was a little chilly, but ALOT of fun. She enjoyed another 4 months of it before the Spring thaw. |

Spring finally arrives and flowers begin to bloom. Aspen has seen snow since her arrival in the Colorado mountains. Now she knows there's green under the white snow. |

| The Summer sun brings even more flowers and you can see how well she has developed. She's more feminine than Colby and Sierra. Much less eager to get herself dirty. |

She was the smallest in her litter and remains very petite. Her adult weight is around 8 pounds. She is my smallest female. |

Aspen spent her First Birthday in Aspen, Colorado with her friend Mon Cherie and her Mom Heidi. They were visiting from Chicago and made her birthday extra special. It was just a girls day and Rocky stayed home.

| Aspen received a new party collar I had purchased from PetAlohaLei's. This collar is the exact shade of her own coloring. She looks so festive for an Indian Summer afternoon. |

She is lovely, graceful and has wonderful movement. She is excitable and looks forward to car trips and outings. She loves playtime and lap snuggles.
