After a long search for a male to add to our family, I found "Boulder" at La Cotonnerie in Quebec Canada. Sara France thought he would be the perfect boy for me and she was right.
I flew to Lac Nominingue the end of March, 2005, to pick him up and spend some time with Sara France to learn more about our beloved Cotons.
"Boulder's" acceptance into our household was immediate and he took to our alpine climate as if he'd been born here.

He's a Mama's boy and loves to run, play and pester his brothers and sisters. He and Colby have found a deep and playful relationship. He's no longer just a pesky, bratty baby. Rocky is white with a couple of small, faint champagne spots. He has a beautiful head and a thick lovely coat.
He is a kind and gentle soul who loves to play. He's a cuddle bunny who will trot in the kitchen just as soon as he hears me enter and will lay at my feet for any possible crumb. |

After a long day at the Rarities Rocky Mountain Classic, July 7, 2007, Cotonnerie Rocky Mountain High achieved a Best in Show and his championship!!
I was so happy he had beaten 5 other breeds and his show career ended with a big bang. He retired the Top Dog
Here he is the morning after with his ribbons. He then began his offiical show retirement!
I'm not sure who was the happiest, me, Rocky or
Sara France his breeder. Probably Me! |
